Remove celery pieces, ginger &amp; bay leaves. Shred chicken. To Prepare Cauliflower Rice: I buy frozen bags and microwave to defrost then spread on cookie sheet with a little garlic salt and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. It gives the cauliflower a rice texture.       <image:caption>In a bowl combine… - 2 tbsp chili powder - 2 tbsp onion powder - 2 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp sugar - 1 tsp salt/ pepper - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (you can add more if you like it spicy!!) Run that all over a nice pork butt (be sure to trim that extra fat off of it). Put in roasting pan, cover with foil and bake at 300 slow and low until that pork just falls apart. I’ll let it cook through the night. You can add your own BBQ sauce after you pull it and heat it through or serve the BBQ sauce on the side. ⁣</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Here’s what you’ll need: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 3 TBL chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract Sweetener of choice (I used 3 packets of stevia!)       <image:caption>Here’s what you’ll need: 2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup grass-fed butter, melted (this can also be changed with melted coconut oil if you prefer) 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips (use chocolate chips of your choice- I like the EnjoyLife semi sweet mini chips!) DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. In a bowl, combine all ingredients besides chocolate chips. Once combined, add in chocolate chips and stir until incorporated. Roll into equal sized balls and place onto baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until set and slightly crispy on top. Remove from baking sheet, transfer onto cooling rack and ENJOY! RECIPE NOTES: Cookies may be rather puffed up, you can tap your pan against the countertop or flatten out with the back of a spoon if you prefer You can also add chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts) to this recipe if you like :) This recipe can easily be doubled to yield more cookies!       <image:caption>Here’s what you’ll need: Pitted medjool dates Clean Peanut Butter- no added palm oil or sugar! Salt is fine. I like using crunchy peanut butter. You can also use almond butter! Chocolate Chips- I like EnjoyLife or Lily’s because of the ingredients **BONUS- Flaky sea salt DIRECTIONS: Now, these are simple and don’t require much work. Here’s what you do! Open up the dates and put a little PB inside. Dip in melted chocolate, top with flaky sea salt, and pop into the freezer until set. These are DELICIOUS enjoyed frozen.
